Therapy and coaching for new and expecting moms: The transition to motherhood can be very challenging for some women. It was for me! I can help you feel like yourself again and embrace your new role as mom. I utilize a strengths-based, practical approach that includes behavioral interventions, skill development, and therapeutic techniques. We will work together to reduce symptoms and empower you to make positive change to improve your new mom experience.

Therapy and coaching for moms of young children: Parenting toddlers and preschoolers can be anxiety-producing for many moms. Do you struggle with feelings of worry, fear or dread? Do you feel guilty in your role as mother? Are you concerned that you’re not able to give your young child the attention they crave? Do you anger easily or feel sad much of the day?
